Kaneohe Beachfront

This was a very challenging but rewarding project. This was the last vacant lot of a development in Kaneohe. The lot is a beachfront lot with a shoreline setback. There was also a strict 1-story building height restriction on the street side that limited the design. Lastly there were requirements for hipped roof as a design requirement by the association. We were able to design the home and get the proper HOA approvals for this modern style low slope and single slope roof design. This design allowed us to build within the height requirentns while providing some vaulted interior spaces.
